I just got MicroEmacs 2.8 running on UNIX System V.1 and have 
just found out that that the emacs.rc is made for the IBM PC keyboard
and Screen layout.   Is there anybody out there who knows of a vt100
version of this file.  (I like the word processor style of editing)
