	I am writing for a friend who is searching for a 3-d graphics 
	package (Public Domain or other) for the purpose of charting
	ballistics information.  The package is needed to chart a 
	function of time vs. CEP (Circular Error of Probability), or
	such similar capabilities.  It would be a big plus if the
	package had the ability to calculate the standard equation
	for CEP and able to factor in for "shell ballistics" and 
	"pointing accuracy".  Please send any responses to me.  
	Any help will be greatly appreciated.
