I'm currently updating my Minix/ST to 1.3 level and I will certainly go for 1.4. I'm halfway done with 1.3. Note that this update will most likely not include the amoeba stuff. I want to get my changes approved and made official by Johan Stevenson, so it can take some weeks before the changes are posted. Anyway, it might be a good idea for ST users to save the 1.4 changes. You'll never know if they prove to be handy.... Also I'm requesting for a little help here on the following issues: I am interested in problems (most likely with fixes), especially in the st... files (since these are not shared with pc's and their fixes often don't apply to st's). Also, if people think of a way to add networking with a reasonable performance, I might *consider* putting the amoeba stuff in. Drop me a note if you got suggestions. Also if people think they have GOOD test programs to test the lib or the commands, I'd like to see them. -- Frans Meulenbroeks (meulenbr@cst.prl.philips.nl) Centre for Software Technology ( or try: ...!mcvax!philmds!prle!cst!meulenbr)
