I don't want to post untested code, but I could send a copy to someone who could test it on an ST. (My 68000 Minix machine is binary-compatible with Minix-st, but the hardware interfaces are different.) There is a command, format.c, which is tested, and an update for the kernel file floppy.c, which I can't test. You would need to rebuild your kernel and make a new boot image to test it.
