The title of the recommendation is: TERMINAL AND TRANSIT CALL CONTROL PROCEDURES AND DATA TRANSFER SYSTEM ON INTERNATIONAL CIRCUITS BETWEEN PACKET-SWITCHED DATA NETWORKS. In English that means it defines the protocol that two national public data networks use to connect a client on one network to a service on a different network. Some networks (eg.
