Has anybody got a set of short C routines to convert between the following
date formats?

   1) long time()
   2) Julian date
   3) Ascii mm/dd/yy

I wrote some a few years ago that appeared to work just fine until 1989.
Now for some reason if I go from 1->2->3 I am out by one day.
