I am looking for software, PD, shareware or commercial, that makes it possible to run multiple sessions from plain vanilla ANSI'ish terminals. Some facts: o It must run under SYS V.2 (I have an NCR Tower 32/600). o It can use pty's, since I have a SYS V.2 pty-driver that works ok. o It doesn't matter if the software require adding device drivers to the kernel, or other low level stuff, I know how to do that. o shl isn't good enough, I need something that can also run full-screen programs and that restores the screen as you switch sessions. o I have looked at the "wm" program available from the usenet archives. It is far too Berkeley'ish, and doesn't seem quite finished either. Reply by mail, I will summarize to the net if I receive more than two useful replies. Oh, and please don't flood my mailbox with 'me too' type messages. Thanx! -- Robert Andersson, International Systems, Oslo, Norway Internet: ra@is.uu.no UUCP: ...!{uunet,mcvax,enea,ifi}!is.uu.no!ra
