I have seen several references to a TeX DVI to HP LaserJet II Driver
that was posted recently, but never made it to our site.  Would some
kind soul volunteer to mail it to me?  Please don't send the source
itself until I reply, the last time I asked for something I got
flooded from well-meaning people.
