I've tried rename from workbench, but when I reboot ram comes back as "RAM DISK:". [This worked fine for the Recoverable ram, disk -- a raname to "RRD:" and I no longer have to see 'ramb0:'] b) In my mountlist, df2: is configured to be a 5.25" floppy... well, it ain't. It's a Normal 3.5" guy. Why does it work? (it certainly _seems_ to work fine!) __ / ) Bernie Cosell /--< _ __ __ o _ BBN Sys & Tech, Cambridge, MA 02238 /___/_(<_/ (_/) )_(_(<_ cosell@bbn.com
