What is the difference between VDK: and VD0:? I've been using VD0: in
ignorant bliss for quite some time and have no complaints. Is VDK:
significantly faster?
 
The bottom line: Why would I want to switch to VDK:, and if you have
a good reason, how do I get a copy?
