Nope, if the 68881 is not there he should pull on buserr I think, signifying
that an access to an unattached coprocesor device has been made.
If the 68881 then standard bus protocol should be used.

I could be wrong, it has been a while since we worked on that code and had
the state anylizer hooked up testing the coldstart sequence.
