  Why are several input event codes defined for IECLASS_ANSI, but
IECLASS_ANSI itself is not defined?  I notice that the input event
classes jump from 4 (IECLASS_POINTERPOS) to 6 (IECLASS_TIMER) with
no 5.  Is there something missing in inputevent.h?
