I have been informed that the version of browser 1.6a linked with the Manx
'detach.o' entry will guru on exit if it's called from the Workbench. There
is a simple workaround... only call 'bgbrowser' from the CLI, and call the
plain version, 'browser', from the Workbench. I suspect that Manx is still
calling the CLI termination code in 'detach.o' even if it's called from the
Workbench.
