Thanks in advance. To adjust the spacing there is are two gadgets on the right side below the ruler (look like ='s ) one increases spacing, while one decreases spacing ON THE SELECTED TEXT! So just select all (an edit option I believe) and adjust the spacing accordingly... BTW this is a great feature, in HS I had papers that had to be, say 10 pages long, so when I was out of things to say at 9 pages or so I increased the spacing to something like 1 & 1/10 (using scribe, but excellence is a lot easier, since you can actually SEE the resulting page length), and then I 'magically ' was at 10 pages (and it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell without getting out a micronometer to check!) +----------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Disclaimer: Me?
