Could somebody provide some helpful hints about how to create a screen
that will cover the boarder area?  The application I am working with uses
a genlock and I need to mask everything out except for a small region of
color 0.  The normal boarder region needs to be a different color than what
is in register 0 but I have been unable to succefully mask this out.
