Well, it seems fragile. Tell ya what. build it, then give it to me,
and let me pop the disk in and out as much as i want, in the middle
of anything you might do. If it can stand that abuse, I will believe
it. But you don't seem to have a lot of redundancy, it seems. 
Things look like they could get lost easily.
