    Well, if your worried about future Mac compatibility, look for a good 
harddrive that will work on a Mac. My understanding, is that any SCSI hard-
drive of reasonable size will work on the Apple //gs if you use Apple's SCSI
card.

}      Oh while I'm thinking about it ( ...yes I know this is an Apple II
}list and not a Mac list) can you hook up a 3.5 inch GS type drive to a 
}MAC II. I heard you couldn't because it doesn't have a smart port.

    The Unidisk 3.5 will not work with the Mac (without labotimizing it), 
but the Apple 3.5 will work on the Apple //gs, the Apple //c+ and the Mac
series.
