The only vi-like program for the Apple II that I know of is Manx's VED.  It's
similar to their Z program, which is much more vi-like (has more features than
the Apple II VED).  However, to get this (and use it), you have to obtain the
Aztec C shell for the Apple II.  They have ProDOS and DOS 3.3 versions.
