Kasperski (Otherwise known as "Jc") JCKASPER at MTUS5 To: INFO-APPLE at BRL.MIL Subject: Memory chips for the PC Transporter I'm trying to upgrade my PC Transporter from 256K (IBM mode) to 640K and I noticed that the price of the Zip Chip set has increased from initially $40 (per 128K) to $100-150 depending on who you call. Does anybody know any place that is selling these chips for less than $100? (You need 4 for 128K... so less than $25 each). What are the chances that the prices will come back down? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Jc JCKASPER at MTUS5.BITNET
