Being rather new to all this, could someone please explainto me the difference between the various net addresses I'm constantly seeing i.e. Internet, Milnet, 
Arpanet, etc.  I gather that they are different paths to access various sites,
but how do you access one vs. the other.  As ususal no explanation is too
simple.
