Does anybody out there have any information about an upgrade to the
Apple 3.5 inch disk drives related to the daisy-chain interface.
I read about a free upgrade several months ago in Open Apple and
my dealer doesn't seem to know anything about it.  It is supposed to
prevent the times that only the 5 1/4 inch drive is searched for a
bootable drive when the control panel is set to seek.  I have had
this problem just after I ran Softerm communications software.
