The extension  PC1  means it's a  DEGAS ELITE COMPRESSED picture, in
low-rez.  You can use  SHOWPIC2  from Tom Hudson to view them, or
most of the newer general purpose picture viewers, like DEGASDISP, as long
as they mention  PCx  capability...
