Could someone please help me out?  I tried to ftp the PC7 archive at
him1.cc.umich.edu but received an unknown host message.  I've also tried
to send notes to the addresses of Howard Chu and Jon Brode(excuse
spelling of latter if incorrect), but never seem to be able to get them
delivered.  Either post the answer or send me email at above address to
help me access these files.  Thanks very much for any help
