I am unaware of ANY public-domain hard disk drivers, but I believe that both ICD and Supra have posted their complete software on the pay services (Genie/CI$/Delphi). The Atari-based software will only permit 4 partitions per drive, while ICD & Supra use an "extended format" partition table (in phys sector 0) which permits up to 8 partitions per drive.
