Since I wasn't the primary tester/installer, I don't have that much in the way of detail, but there was a small disk inside the box. This is probably not the same model as the one that will be sold as 'diskless'. But then again, since the disk was probably 3-1/2 or 5-1/4 inch, it probably isn't big enough to support UNIX and users/applications. Most likely, it was intended to eliminate swapping over the network. I'll have to go look in the manuals to see how big it was.
