Computer Science Department, Ames, IA Lines: 20 We're trying to bring 4.3 BSD up on a VAX 8250. The tape drive we have is a DEC TU81. Our current controller is a DEC Klesi-B, which is unsupported under BSD. We're willing to trade in our Klesi-B for a Klesi-U if it works. We're now trying to find either a driver for the Klesi-B or anyone who has experience using Klesi-U with the TU81. I've talked with Chris Torek who did the KDB-50 support, and he said that he "assumed" the Klesi-U would work, but was not sure. Has anyone tried using Klesi-U? Or in general, has anyone got the TU81 working on the UNIBUS under 4.3? Please MAIL responses, as I don't read this group. Lee Heins EXNET Programmer, Iowa State U.
