No need for a filter - there is a 4-ROM kit still available that will convert your 7221A/B/C/S from "compact binary language" to HP-GL. This effectively makes it into a 7220A/C/T. The kit is HP part number 07221-00020, and has a U.S.list price of $75.00. Contact your local HP Sales Office.
