Ages ago, we sold a package of fortran routines that
talked the packed binary language for the 7221. It
was called plot-21 and was written in some dialect
of fortran-iv. San Diego division sold it at that time,
I believe. I doubt that it is still on a price list,
but it might be worth a call. We shipped source
code, with the product, so you might be able
to rip out the code you need and discard the rest.
