Around 1980, when I supported it, I rewrote it entirely in standard FORTRAN, using a highly portable subset of of the 1966 ANSI standard. It is designed to be compiled and run on a wide variety of architectures. It's a 2-D graphics package consisting of 77 user-callable routines. It supports only the 7221 family of plotters. I don't know whether it's still sold/supported. If interested, check with the San Diego Division. Contact me if you have trouble finding a lead.
