Microsoft Word for Windows has not yet been announced by Microsoft,
but is expected sometime this year.  Microsoft Word 5.0 on the other
hand...  Well, here's the last issue of "One-to-One with Microsoft",
a marketing hype publication of Microsoft Corp.:

    Announcing Microsoft Word 5.0
    More power and choice with less hassle

The product should be out shortly, and perhaps Microsoft needs to
tell its customer support people what they have been telling their
customers.
