You can get the exact same Supra 2400-baud modem from CompuCat for
$139.95 plus shipping.  I would expect shipping to be around $5 or so.
Their address is 24500 Glenwood Highway, Los Gatos CA 95030, phone
is 408-353-1836 (9am-4pm PST, or call via modem any other time).  I
have no relationship to CompuCat other than as a satisfied customer
and user on their BBS.  I have heard nothing but good things about
the Supra modem, but I don't have one.
