PARTNER EXPANSION CARDS Keywords: PANASONIC EXPANSION Message-ID: <1113@marlin.NOSC.MIL> Date: 30 Jan 89 21:05:07 GMT Organization: Naval Ocean Systems Center, San Diego Lines: 16 I have a Panasonic Sr. Partner. It is a fairly nice PC clone, but the Panasonic manuals suggest, without stating clearly, two serious limitations: 1. Only Panasonic's proprietary expansion cards can be used. 2. The memory cannot be expanded beyond 512K. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has used third party expansion cards in this computer, or from anyone who has expanded its memory beyond 512K. Thanks, Russ Farris (farris@marlin.nosc.mil) (619) 553-4129
