A friend of mine had a book that was excerpts from _Dr. Dobbs Journal_.
The book had nothing but tools (a Forth interperter, list building 
functions, an assembler etc.) for the 68000 series microprocessor.  All the 
tools were writen in assembly language.  Does anyone have any knowledge of
the title and author(s)/editor(s) of this book?
