I'm not saying there is only one, but I only know of one - On Cue.  It's very
convenient, giving you a pop-up menu of your favorite applications anywhere,
anytime.  You can configure the modifier keys to use to bring up the menu 
anywhere or bring it up in the screen corners.  The menu is hierarchical,
allowing you to attach documents to each application.
