Master Juggler also allows you a popup of applications and/or tied
documents.  One of MJ's best features is to remember and hide windows as

move disks in and out of drives).

Another alternative might be PowerStation by Steve Brecher (I'm not sure
if this is also being distributed by Fifth Generation ala SuitCase..?).
