I think you are referring to SFVolINIT, which lets you click on the 
drive icon in SFGet/PutFile to get a pop-up menu that let's you, 
among other things, create a new folder in the current folder. Very
useful. It was written by the author of Stuffit. I'm not sure if
it comes with Stuffit or not, but it is available on archives and the
like.
