I found this bug a while ago, and reported it both to SuperMac and to APDA. SuperMac claims the card is not to blame, and that the bug is with MacsBug. Apple says MacsBug is fine, and that SuperMac must be doing something wrong. In any case, the thing doesn't work if a SuperMac card is installed. It doesn't matter if the card is the main device either. Any ideas anyone?
