I want to include cache, memory, FPU, CPU and perpheral tests. Obviously this would run in a stand-alone mode (ie not under Unix/SunOS) and it would probably be hardware specifiy. Does Sun or any other third party vendor supply such a product? I am sure Sun has one internally used as a final qualification before shipping. Do they sell it?
