It is the /etc/mscreencap entry for an ANSI terminal that allows one to switch mscreens by hitting SHIFT-. It is useful when you are calling up a SCO XENIX 2.3 system from another SCO XENIX 2.3 console and want to get the functionality of the virtual screens over a serial/modem line. I've noticed that `stty -ixon -ixoff' must be done for mscreen to be useful when running emacs. (the stty must be done before invoking mscreen). ansi:\ :who,Shift-F7,\E[e,:\ :help,Shift-F8,\E[f,:\ :stop,Shift-F9,\E[g,:\ :quit,Shift-F10,\E[h,:\ :,Shift-F1,\E[Y,^L:\ :,Shift-F2,\E[Z,^L:\ :,Shift-F3,\E[a, :\ :,Shift-F4,\E[b, :\ :,Shift-F5,\E[c, :\ :,Shift-F6,\E[d, : Pax, Keith -- ag@elgar.CTS.COM Keith Gabryelski ...!{ucsd, crash}!elgar!ag
