I have started writing a small application that will (hopefully) be able to send files between my windows application and a VAX running UNIX. Does anyone in net-land have any sample source code that shows how Windows talks to the COM port? Most of the `Programming Windows' books I've read do not mention the FlushComm, OpenComm, ReadComm, etc. routines and how to use them in a program. I am using SDK v2.01 if it matters. Any good book recommendations are encouraged. Also the modem I will be using is Hayes-compatible. Thanks to all those who will respond...... Bill Thompson att!ihlpf!foz or att!ihdev!foz
