I would like to change the default behavior for all windows
to set the FrameFillColor from the results of a procedure I have defined.

I have tried several different ways of doing this. In fact, I can think of
at least 6 ways to do this, and so far, either nothing happens, or else
all of my windows dissappear.

Can anyone else get this working? I will summarize all responses.
