For those of you coming to this year's X conference, it appears the
weather will be a good 30 degrees warmer than during last year's
conference (which was held during the coldest weather in 8 years in
Boston).  They are talking about snow flurries on Wednesday, but
temperatures in the 30s and 40s most of the week.
