Why does there seem to be no standard RTL to convert a floating point
value to unsigned?  I was going through all possible conversions to
make sure I had covered all the bases, and this conversion calls the
routine in gnulib (which is supposed to be built with the `native'
compiler....).  How hard would it be to add such a pattern?
