Hello,
Is there anyone outhere in netland who has the 
" S-parameters " from the mgf13xx mgf14xx mgf15xx series 
GaAS fet's from mitsubishi. I've writen a few time's
to Mitsubishi europe but didn's got any reply.
And is there some design program in the public domain which 
does design in the UHF SHF region, and uses S parameters.
