The MiG-29 (NATO designation "Fulcrum") is reported to be being
modified for operation from the Tblisi (the Soviets' new boat in the
Black Sea).

The flight deck of the Tblisi, other than its "ski-jump" bow, bears
remarkable similarity to U.S. carriers of the Midway class.  Steam
catapult, recovery systems, everything.
