Most of the holes were in the back of the car, all but one (the lethal one) lower than would indicate that the occupants were being shot at. Either way, he missed what he was shooting at. I've heard several reports that the officer claims he was shooting at the tires, and I've heard you claim he was shooting at the occupants.
