Due to a filesystem space problem on "dciem" over the weekend of Dec 21/22,
about 2 Mb of news was lost. Alas, our feed is not able to re-send this
news to us so it is gone for good. This will, of course, affect all
sites down-stream from us including: trigraph, array, psddevl, wildcan,
nrcaer and the sites they feed (and our local hosts.)

Sorry, but there is nothing that can be done. (If only news 2.10.2 could
handle the history file more gracefully on PDP-11 systems, this wouldn't have
happened - all the space was taken up by our ~8Mb history file and DBM file,
both old and new copies.)
