Well, Dan, I've been using WWB (Writer's WorkBench) ever since the first version came out of Murray Hill, and at least some of your vision is already a reality. But I have also noticed that even my best writing often fails to reach my audience. So I have turned to other means of communication. I now explain my ideas (in excruciating detail) to my computer, and have it draw pictures of the image in my mind's eye. I then let people watch the color cartoons, which they seem to enjoy very much. I notice that I can communicate ideas more effectively with computer animation than with text. (They also like the funny sound effects.) --Barry Kort
