It still says areacode+number for out-of-area calls. But it says, for "800" service, to dial 1+800+number (why the leading 1?), and the 1 is also listed for some toll-free community service numbers. This is in area 516. A footnote to the "800" stuff: "All calls to '800' telephone numbers are station-to-station calls."
