I just compiled the latest version of the calender package (with the hebrew
stuff) and it works great!  Except that the variable 

  number-of-diary-entries

doesn't seem to have any effect on the number of days following the current
one that diary entries are displayed.  I changed the default line to

  (defvar number-of-diary-entries 2 "")

and the variables does, in fact, have that value when I do a
describe-variable.  However, when I use

   view-diary-entries

only the entries for the current day are displayed.

Any ideas what could be wrong??
